1. Acceptance of Terms

winph99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the winph99 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering your winph99 account, you agree to:

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the winph99 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). winph99 supports deposits and withdrawals via approved payment methods including GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and major Philippine bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank) and debit cards.

• Deposits: Funds deposited into your winph99 account are credited for gaming purposes only. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction.

7. Prohibited Conduct

In no event shall winph99's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your winph99 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy

Your use of the winph99 platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. 12. Termination

winph99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to pass identity verification or age verification checks.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Compliance with applicable law, regulation, or court order.

Upon termination, your right to access and use the winph99 platform ceases immediately. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of termination for cause may be forfeited pending investigation. Termination for reasons other than breach will result in the return of any verified, unencumbered balance to you via your registered payment method.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the winph99 platform shall first be submitted to winph99's customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. 14. Amendments to These Terms

winph99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, winph99 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where practicable, winph99 may also notify registered players of significant changes via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the winph99 platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
